1. Educational content only

The Site publishes general educational content about psychology, mental health and relationships. It is not medical, psychological or professional advice, and it does not create a therapist–client or any other professional relationship. Please read our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact your local emergency services immediately.

2. Who can use the Site

The Site is intended for adults and for users aged 16 and over. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Our content and intellectual property

All articles, graphics, logos and other content on the Site are owned by PsychTruths or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, share links to, and print content for personal, non-commercial use.

You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link to the original article. You may not copy, republish, sell, or reproduce substantial parts of our content, or use it to train or build commercial datasets or AI models, without our written permission.
